Architecture, engineering and planning services to the construction industry, government and business. Urban & city design and planning. Environmental study and control. Building, Warehousing (Industrial Park), Shopping Centre, Bore Hole water supply and Roads

PACKAGING & PRODUCT DESIGN:
Supplying packaging machinery for blow moulders bottles, closures and stick containers. Plastic bags, corrugated paper exterior shipping boxes, etc.

FINANCING:
Through numerous financing contacts both in the United States and though out the world, GSS has access to funding for many different types of private and government projects. We can arrange financing for up to 85% of the total cost of project provided the project is feasible and viable. Our financing portfolio is a minimum of $750,000 and up to $100,000,000 or more. Initial application should include:

(1) amount and purpose of loan
(2) name of guarantor for the loan
(3) a written guarantee form the guarantor, and
(4) guarantor’s recent financial statements prepared by qualified accounts.

Acceptable guarantors are one or more of the following: - Federal government, State government, Central Bank and banks with substantial assets.

CONSULTING:
GSS encourages businessman and government representative to visit its corporate offices for consultation. Advance notice is advised. We start by analyzing client’s goal and objectives, and how client intends to accomplish them. We suggest and discuss alternatives; review information and documents submitted by client; evaluate client’s potentials; then determine if our capabilities and client’s requirements match to the point of a beneficial association.

DISTRIBUTORSHIP:
GSS has exclusive rights from a number of manufacturers to market their products overseas. The products are building materials, pluming fittings, equipments – office, business, hospital, agricultural and industrial – food and agricultural products. We can appoint distributor for any of these products. We are not brokers, but rather market makers for manufacturers.

SUPPLIES:
GSS will export to you any product including its specifications; chances are we or our associated companies have the product available for immediate delivery. Importers must demonstrate that they are ready, willing and able buyers. GSS also imports goods and commodities from the developing nations. We will find market for these goods and commodities overseas. GSS also provides the following services: Access Control Systems, ID Card Systems, Intercom Systems, CCTV System, Locksmith Services, Security Film Projects, and Varity Custom Doors.
